The promoters of SRIL are forming a Trust in the name of Shakti Foundation to specifically cater to the need of the education, health care & employability issues of the periphery village - Chikatmati wherein the works of SRIL is situated. There is a positive approach from the local labour, villagers, panchayat towards the company and its staff & the company wants to take it further through its CSR initiatives.
